Bedford

The Inner Wheel Club of Bedford was formed in 1945 and currently has 34 members. They meet on the third Wednesday of the month at 70pm.

Bedford town received its charter in 1166 and adopted the eagle and castle for its emblem.

This year’s Charter party celebrations will take place on Sunday 10^th May at the home of one of the members and will be a tea party.

Members are planning an Overseas event on Wednesday 13 May at Biddenham Village Hall, 7 for 7.30 so it would appear that May will be a very active month for the club. They are also planning an evening with Pam Rhodes in aid of East Anglia Air Ambulance on Saturday 4 April, 7 for 7.30 pm also at Biddenham Village Hall, tickets will be £15 for a 2 course meal.
