The Inner Wheel Club of Leicester meet the third Monday of the month (except July) at 12.30pm at Devonshire Place, London Road, Leicester. The Club was chartered in 1947 and currently has 20 members.
Leicester is at the heart of England and dates back to the Romans, Saxons, Danes, medieval times and beyond. The River Soar flows through the centre of this city.
