The Inner Wheel Club of Oundle meet the third Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm at The Talbot Hotel, Oundle. The Club was chartered in 1981 and currently has 29 members.
Oundle is a beautiful town situated in a loop of the River Nene. It boasts a thirteen century Parish Church of St Peter which has a 200 foot tower and spire and was probably erected on the site of a monastery founded by St Wilfred about AD 700.
They will be celebrating their 26 Charter anniversary with a Tea on Tuesday 18 March 2.30 for 3pm at the Wadenhoe Village Hall with Winnie Clarke who is a singer.
On 14 March in the morning, 10 – 10.30am they are holding a fashion show at the Joan Strong Centre, Oundle with fashion by Pandora of Oundle. The cost will be £5 to include coffee and biscuits.
